Q: What is the jewelry made of?
A: All jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver and gold only – no other materials are mixed during the process.
Q: If I see an item I like in silver, can I order it in gold?
A: All the items you see on our website, can be ordered in 18K gold plating. If you want to order an item in full body gold, contact us and we’ll come back to you with feasibility and cost for the customized item.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Q: Can I order a single earring?
A: Yes, we’re all for asymmetrical looks. All earrings can be ordered as a single product, so please note in the shop section whether the product is a pair or single. If you need any help fitting two different earrings, don’t hesitate getting in touch.
Q: Is there a physical place where I can try on the jewelry before I make a purchase?
A: Although we don’t have a physical store, we participate in fairs in the center of Israel where you can try on our jewelry, and you can always Make an appointment for coming to the studio in Herzliya.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: You can place a custom jewelry order on the Custom page, or contact us directly on the Contact page.
Q: How long does it take from the time of order until I receive my jewelry?
A: You can estimate the duration by calculating the processing time with shipping time. Please take into account that each order needs a different working time. We’re committed to prepare your order within two weeks’ time – and in most cases we are surprisingly fast. If, for any reason, orders are being delayed – we’ll let you know as soon as we can. The times mentioned above don’t apply for custom orders.
